Excellent service everyone was lovely to talk too and they bent over backwards to help us. Could not recommend more. Also highly recommend if in you are based in opua marina as they deliver to you and you can return it to the marina. The car was great as well very fuel efficient. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent service. Booked online on the company website without difficulty. Met at the airport by a rep who delivered the car and answered all of my questions regarding the car and road trip options in the area. Hybrid car was clean and in good order. Easy process from start to finish.

I've rented multiple times from Blue Star because they're the only rental car company in the area and they will deliver to the Opua Marina. If you need a car for a few days, definitely give them a call. The bonus is they only rent hybrids, so your fill up at the end won't cost more than the rental. Cars have always been well cleaned and in good working order.

Great vehicle - clean, comfortable and tidy. Great service - met us on time (early in fact because ship was late). Car delivered to us at port. Company driver was friendly and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

A+++ service.We had a car booked with one of the BIG named brands and their online booking system messed up our booking, upon arrival they were unable to service us with a car leaving us stranded and without a solution.We arrived in KeriKeri (last flight) and the airport closed up leaving us without a car or taxi service into town.A late night call to Blue Star Car Rentals and they drove out to pick us up, they also provided us with a car Very late notice.We appreciate Blue Star helping us out at such short notice, we rely heavily on vehicals for our business travel.The vehical was excellent, modern, clean and tidy.We will be using Blue Star for our business trips from now on.Thankyou so much.

Highly recommended locally owned rental business. It was like borrowing your mates car, completely hassle free and very personal service. Car was a Honda Fit, which was in very good shape and spotlessly clean.

We hired a hybrid SUV with Blue Star Rentals for a week over early February 2024. We received outstanding service from Chris. He was quick with communication before we arrived, friendly on our arrival and provided us with a top notch vehicle! The handover process was smooth and fuss-free. These guys are the bomb! (meaning excellent). Don't get your rental car anywhere else. They absolutely go out of their way to help you, and are kind, helpful and flexible, especially when you have a very stressful car breakdown at the start of your holiay.
